Diana Theman leads the HR, business strategy and talent areas of METAGNOSIS. She is a senior change leader with 30 years of management and consulting experience working with a broad range of private, non-profit and public sector organizations across Canada.
Diana serves as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and teams who are navigating complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving the adoption of new business strategies, technologies and organizational changes. She has held leadership roles in the Federal, BC, and Ontario governments and has taught public sector leadership and HR management at Queen’s University, Canada.
She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Prosci-certified change specialist, and holds degrees from Mount Allison University, the University of Edinburgh, and York University.
