Souli is a change management professional with a strong customer-focused ethic in delivering end-to-end solutions to utility, oil & gas, petrochemical and retail companies. She has over 18 years of experience in enterprise IT applications, including developing and leading training design and delivery in projects with multiple stakeholders. She has managed change, including training and communications, for numerous complex projects in SAP ERP, ECM and ITSM technologies for the past 9 years.

Souli eagerly and easily embraces the challenges of new technologies enabling her to quickly assess end-user training needs and adoption requirements. Souli is certified in Prosci Change Management and has extensive experience working with Government and Crown Corporations.
