Kevin Noronha has over 20 years of experience as an HR practitioner, consultant and advisor. He works with clients undergoing change to align their strategy, culture and people through customized and integrated talent solutions, including leadership development, succession planning and training and coaching.
Kevin has held senior positions both as an internal HR leader and as an external organization development and management consultant with leading Canadian and US firms, including numerous family-owned businesses as well as public and private sector organizations. Kevin takes a client-centric approach by ensuring consulting solutions are aligned to the organization’s strategy, business plans, mission, vision, culture and values.
Kevin has an MA in Organization Management & Development (OD), a B.Ed. in Adult Education, BA (Honours) in Industrial/Labour Relations/Psychology and advanced studies in Human Resources Management as well as certifications in several leadership assessment and job survey tools and methodologies. He is also a trained executive coach and is completing his ICF Associate Certified Coaching certification.
