Isobel O'Connell

Isobel is a Prosci trained organizational leader and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with a track record of delivering business results for organizations undergoing a transformation with bespoke expertise in reporting, benchmarking and shared accountability across organizations. Isobel brings a unique perspective to change management projects having provided sustainability advisory services covering a breadth of service areas including strategy development, business planning, management system implementation, communications, compliance and due diligence reviews. Her work experience spans both senior-level corporate and consulting positions in a number of geographic locations. At Metagnosis, Isobel also provides support in developing an in-house sustainability & social responsibility program to build awareness and best practices for both team members and clients.
