Colleen holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business; a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia. She is a CPA, CMA, (Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Professional Accountant) and holds the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Colleen is also Prosci Change Management Certified.
