With over 9 years of experience, Harpreet provides change management and communications support on a range of programs and projects. She has worked on a variety of system implementations as well as operational changes in roles ranging from a change management team lead to a communications lead. Harpreet has a pragmatic approach to ensuring the people side of each change is effectively supported through the duration of a project and then embedded into the organization. She works closely with each client to build strong relationships to ensure each change approach is appropriately tailored to meet their needs.  

Harpreet is certified in Prosci Change Management and has extensive experience working with Crown Corporations.
