Helen’s experience spans change management, project management, business process design, communications, instructional design, training delivery and auditing. With over eighteen years in change management, Helen has worked on complex, enterprise-wide business transformation and systems implementation projects as a Change Consultant and Change Lead.
Helen has experience developing change management strategies and plans, engaging people at all levels of the organizational structure, and coaching sponsors and change agents in their roles and measuring the effectiveness of change interventions.
Helen’s strengths are her ability to utilize her project and change management skills to engage stakeholders, ensure open communications and adhere to a formal project structure and timelines. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is Prosci Change Management certified and has industry experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare.
