Kathryn has a diverse range of experience including recruitment, training, communications and governance. She first collaborated with Metagnosis in 2010 on two large-scale system transformation projects providing training, communications and change management support. She has worked for private, non-profit, cooperative, and provincial and local government organizations in both Canada and New Zealand, and has experience across several industries including utilities, retail, and healthcare.

After working with corporate and cooperative Boards and governance teams for several years, Kathryn is an HR Manager for a New Zealand owned retail operation. She is also a freelance web designer and manages the Metagnosis website. Kathryn has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Music (Performance) from University of Auckland and is a trained technical writer.
