Rylee has provided change management and organizational development leadership in both private and public sectors in Canada, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. She has extensive coaching, training and development, communications and stakeholder engagement experience, and has led both transformational and transactional changes, and worked with all levels of a business, in a variety of industries including healthcare, utilities, and technology.
Rylee is strategic and innovative and takes a large systems approach when managing and driving change. She thinks big picture without losing sight of the details and has a genuine passion for creating the best environment for people to excel. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, is CHRP accredited and is Prosci Change Management certified.
